Absolutely no pets, and no smoking on the property.

Minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years.

Maximum occupancy 14 people.

No camping on premises.

No special events or gatherings of over 20 people without prearrangement (requires additional security deposit).

Lost and found items held 30 days, costs to renter for return postage.

Beds for ten, $25 per person charge for additional occupants up to 14 maximum occupancy.

Security deposit of $500 returned to renter after acceptable inspection post-stay.

Renter liable for all loss, theft or damage to real and personal property.
